Designer Library
digital transformation and staff empowerment

Designer’s Library, a legacy showroom serving the design trade for over 40 years, approached us in 2021 looking to modernize their marketing efforts and stay competitive in an evolving industry.
As a business built on long-standing relationships and curated experiences, they needed a digital strategy that preserved their heritage while speaking to a new generation of designers.
Much of their past marketing had been rooted in traditional print, so we worked closely with their team to help them adapt to the digital landscape. Through hands-on collaboration, we empowered their staff with the tools and confidence to engage in digital marketing, ensuring the transition felt approachable and aligned with their brand.
We introduced a cohesive strategy that included social media integration, storytelling through video assets, and a complete website redesign. In addition, we led a full rebrand, updating their logo and visual identity to reflect a fresh, elevated look while honoring their trusted reputation in the industry.
Rebranded the showroom with a modern visual identity, thoughtfully inspired by the “library” concept to reflect both heritage and innovation
Created a cohesive content strategy across social media platforms to ensure consistent messaging and brand presence
Developed an ongoing video strategy through our production team to help them tell their story, showcase offerings, and connect with the design community
Guided and empowered their internal staff to adapt to digital marketing practices, transitioning from traditional print to a confident digital presence
