When Richard and Theresa, the founders of Bo Lings, came to us, they were juggling marketing for six locations with just one internal team member, a setup that quickly became overwhelming. While their in-house marketer excelled at newsletters, keeping up with the evolving pace of social media and platform algorithms proved challenging.

We stepped in to build a streamlined content ecosystem, managing their social media presence, designing creative assets, and crafting monthly email newsletters to maintain engagement.

Our focus was to help tell their story and deepen the connection between their audience and the richness of traditional Chinese cuisine. Since then, we’ve supported the successful launch of Bo’s Kitchen, and following the sale of their Plaza location, they introduced what is now known as Heritage by Bo Lings.
